Volunteer Events Assistant
About the opportunity
Could you spare 3 hours to help at one of our fun family activity days at the Farmland Museum? Medieval theme days, puppet parades, Spring collages, Easter egg hunts, Halloween fun – there is always something going on at the Farmland Museum.
Key events we need help volunteer help:
3rd,4th June 2012 – Farm and Country fair
26th, 27th August 2012 – Medieval life
28th October 2012 – Farmyard Halloween fun
8th December 2012 – Christmas at Denny Abbey
What are we looking for?
Friendly, approachable, welcoming people, good people skills. Health and safety or food hygiene training would be a bonus.
For helping with children’s craft activities experience of working in an education setting would be very useful and CRB check for this activity only.

When can you do this role?
Special events run mostly on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays in the school holidays
