A fun day or half day (your choice!) workshop suitable for teachers of KS1 / KS2 / KS3 / KS4  but open to any youth leaders or community workers.

Learn basic medieval dance steps that you can easily teach to colleagues and pupils.

Plus the opportunity to learn some fun maypole dances which can be easily taught to others.

Maypole dancing is a fun, vibrant, colourful tradition. Dancers love dancing it. Audiences love watching it. But do you love teaching it?! Come and learn from the authors of The Maypole Manual, and you will be brimming with ideas to take back to your school or community group ready for the summer. All participants will receive a copy of The Maypole Manual and CD (one per school/group), a great new resource retailing across the UK (RRP £30)
